  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 6 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper
