Black Bean and Corn Chilli

  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 2 can black beans undrained
  • 1 can chopped green chilles
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 packages jenny o chilli mix
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 can corn drained

    Brown ground beef and drain

    Add chopped onion and chilli mix

    Stir well and add remaining ingredients

    Cover and let simmer 20 minutes

    Serve with crackers or white rice.

    Garnish with cheddar and sour cream
