- 1 15 oz can White Shoepeg Corn
- 2 16 oz jars Salsa (any flavor)
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh Cilantro
- Dash of Lime Juice (optional)

1Drain beans and corn.

2If salsa is very juicy you may want to drain a little liquid off of it.

3Mix these ingredients in a bowl.

4Chop cilantro and add.

5Add a dash of lime juice for added tartness. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
