  • 1 15 oz can Black Beans
  • 1 15 oz can White Shoepeg Corn
  • 2 16 oz jars Salsa (any flavor)
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh Cilantro
  • Dash of Lime Juice (optional)

Directions

    Drain beans and corn.

    If salsa is very juicy you may want to drain a little liquid off of it.

    Mix these ingredients in a bowl.

    Chop cilantro and add.
  5. 5
    Add a dash of lime juice for added tartness. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
