  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
