Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro-chopped
- 3 to 4 T. lime juice
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2Cover and chill for several hours so flavors can blend.

3Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6 cups of salsa.
