- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion (sweet or red)
- 1 jalapeno
- 14 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
