  • 1 lb. beans
  • 6 glasses water
  • 4 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Wash beans, then place in pan to boil with plenty of water. Add onion powder, garlic powder and beef flavor bouillon cubes when beans are fully cooked.

    Cut up onions into small pieces and fry in olive oil until lightly brown.

    Pour over beans and boil again.

    Add salt to taste.
