  • 1 bag black beans
  • onion
  • green pepper
  • garlic
  • cooking oil
  • vinegar

Directions

    Soak 1 bag black beans in water to cover overnight.

    Next day add a little more water to beans & some salt.

    Bring to boil.

    In frying pan, saute onion, green pepper & garlic until clear.

    Add all including oil to pot of beans.

    Cook until beans are done.

    Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of vinegar before serving
  8. 8
    Serve with cooked rice
