- 1 bag black beans
- onion
- green pepper
- garlic
- cooking oil
- vinegar
Directions

1Soak 1 bag black beans in water to cover overnight.

2Next day add a little more water to beans & some salt.

3Bring to boil.

4In frying pan, saute onion, green pepper & garlic until clear.

5Add all including oil to pot of beans.

6Cook until beans are done.

7Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of vinegar before serving

8Serve with cooked rice
