  • 3 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 minced cloves garlic
  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 Tbsp. lime juice

    Combine spices, juice and oil in another bowl.
