- 1 1/2 cups Black beans, dry soak overnight
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic, sliced
- 1 Chipotle, large chopped
- 1 tablespoon cumin
Directions

1soak bean overnight in cold water, rinse.

2combine the beans with the red onion, garlic chipotle and cumin.

3add black beans and add water to cover plus 1 inch.

4cook beans for about one hour, let cool.

5add beans to a food processor and add one cup of bean cooking liquid. pulse until beans are smooth.
