  • 1 1/2 cups Black beans, dry soak overnight
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic, sliced
  • 1 Chipotle, large chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cumin

Directions

    soak bean overnight in cold water, rinse.

    combine the beans with the red onion, garlic chipotle and cumin.

    add black beans and add water to cover plus 1 inch.

    cook beans for about one hour, let cool.

    add beans to a food processor and add one cup of bean cooking liquid. pulse until beans are smooth.
