- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. soda
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together.

2Stir in vanilla, vinegar, oil and water.

3Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate batter and top with heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.

4Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
