- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. instant dry minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast and hot water; let stand 10 minutes.

2Mix cottage cheese with butter.

3Heat to very warm.

4Mix with yeast; add egg, sugar, salt, onion, soda, dill seed and flour.

5Go by stiffness of dough; you may add more flour.

6Let rise until double in size. Knead down.

7Put in loaf pan.

8Let rise again.
-
9Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

10Remove from pan.

11Brush with butter.
