- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. presifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Arrange cupcake liners in cupcake tins. In small bowl, blend cheese, egg and sugar until smooth.

3Stir in chocolate chips.

4Sift together remaining sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

5Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat until smooth.

6Fill cupcake liners 1/3 full with chocolate batter.

7Spoon cheese mixture on top.

8Sprinkle with nuts.

9Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
