  • 4 12 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 34 cup cocoa
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 12 cups salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Directions

    Mill all filling ingredients except chocolate chips in medium bowl.

    Fold in chips and set aside.

    Sift dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and beat well.

    Fill paper cups half full, top with spoonful of filling.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
