  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced longways
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can black beans, chopped
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Ranch peppercorn salad dressing

Directions

    Make a spread by mixing olives, onions, cheese and enough dressing to make a paste. Spread paste on French bread that has been sliced face open. Spread paste evenly over one side of the bread. Place top of the bread and bake at 375° until bread is browned. Slice into 2-inch slices or little squares.
