- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives, well drained
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic salt in a mixing bowl, beating until smooth.

2Add milk, one tablespoon at at time, until dip is the right consistancy.

3Carefully fold olives into dip (Do not blend or puree).

4Chill.

5Serve with crackers or chips.
