- 25 g sugar (2 tablespoons)
- 12 g kosher salt (1 tablespoon)
- 8 g finely ground black pepper (2 teaspoons)
Directions

1Combine the butter, sugar, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until the butter is fluffy, the sugar is dissolved, and the mixture is homogenous.

2Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for an additional minute.
