  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

    Cover, and cook over high heat, stirring once, until the mussels open, 2 to 3 minutes.

    Transfer the mussels to a serving bowl.
