  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter (for Greasing The Pan)
  • FOR THE RICOTTA FILLING:
  • 1-1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
