  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 pod green pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Beat eggs, cottage cheese and salt together.

    Mix in other ingredients.

    Pour into a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
