  • 1 1/4 cups crushed biscuits
  • 80g melted butter
  • 300g frozen blackberries
  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • grated rind of 1 small lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

    Combine the crumbs and butter and press evenly into a greased and lined 26 x 16cm slab tin.

    Chill until firm.

    Scatter the berries over the prepared base.

    Whisk together the Philly*, and sugar, then add the eggs, sour cream, rind and vanilla and combine thoroughly.

    Pour over the berries and sprinkle with the brown sugar.

    Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 30-40 minutes or until the filling is set.

    Serve warm or chilled.
