  • 1 pkg. blackberry gelatin
  • 1 c. frozen blackberries (thawed) or fresh blackberries
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 4 eggs, added one at a time
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. coconut

    Beat for 5 minutes at low speed.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake comes away from sides of pan. Cool.
