- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash sea salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 teaspoon ground cumin
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 18 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2Mix together paprika, salt, cayenne, cumin, thyme, and white pepper.

3Rub one side of chicken breasts with spice mixture.

4Heat oil in a skillet over high heat for 15 minutes.

5Place chicken in hot pan, seasoned side down, and cook for 1 minute.

6Turn, and cook 1 minute on other side.

7Place breasts on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

8Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
