  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 14 cups milk
  • 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 14 teaspoon lemon peel

Directions

    Combine the sugar, corn starch, salt and milk in a saucepan.

    Stir consistantly over medium heat until boiling point.

    Stir at boiling for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat.

    Add lemon juice and peel.

    Chill and serve.
