  • 12 slices sourdough bread, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 cups roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1-1/2 cups onions, sliced, grilled
  • 6 slices Kraft Jalapeno Monterey Jack Slices
  • 1/3 cup oil

Directions

    For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.

    (15 mL) barbecue sauce.

    Top 1 bread slice with 2 oz.

    (60 g) meat, 1/4 cup (60 mL) onions and 1 cheese slice; cover with second bread slice.

    Brush outside of sandwich with 1 Tbsp.

    (15 mL) oil.

    Grill on medium-high heat until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
