  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 34 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 34 cup chicken broth
  • 23 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 14 cup sliced green onion

Directions

    Heat oil on med-hi; add chicken, sprinkle with pepper.

    Cook until chicken is browned.

    Remove chicken; drain off fat.

    Add garlic to pan; saute 1 minute.
