- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 egg
- 4 Anchovy Fillets, drained, rinsed and chopped
- 1 Garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 heads Romaine, torn in pieces
- 3/4 cup Croutons
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
Directions

1Dressing: Place the first 9 ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
