  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick

    In blender, blend eggs.

    Add sugar and blend.

    Pour into a spring-form pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in for 1 hour.
