- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 qt. popped corn
- 1 (11 oz.) can redskin peanuts
Directions

1Melt oleo and combine with sugar, Karo and salt.

2Boil 5 minutes.

3Add baking soda and vanilla.

4Pour over popped corn and nuts.

5Bake at 200° for 45 minutes uncovered.

6Stir every 15 minutes.

7Cool on cookie sheets.

8Break into small pieces and store in airtight container.
