- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (more if desired)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Put corn, eggs, flour, salt and sugar in blender; turn on and off twice at low speed.

2Add milk and stir until blended.

3Grease baking dish and cut up rest of margarine in dish.

4Pour mixture in center.

5Stir twice during first 15 minutes of baking to distribute the margarine.

6Continue baking at 325° for 30 minutes.

7Serves 6 to 8.
