- 3 cups oatmeal
- 12 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 12 cup walnuts
- 14 cup unsweetened coconut
- 14 cup flax seed
- 14 cup unsalted almonds (sliced or otherwise)
- 14 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dried fruit
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix together the oatmeal, honey, melted butter, almonds, walnuts and flaxseed.

3Lay out the mixture on a non sick, ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake until golden brown.

5Let cool.

6When cooled mix the remaining ingredients together and enjoy!
