- 1/4 c. pared, seeded cucumbers
- 3/4 c. skinned seeded tomatoes
- 1/4 c. condensed consomme or water
- 1/2 tsp. chopped red pimiento
- 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
Directions

1Blend together 2 to 3 minutes cucumbers, tomatoes, consomme or water and pimiento.

2Add and blend for a shorter time the olive oil.

3Add, but do not blend, as the flavor would be too strong the chopped chives.

4Season to taste.

5Serve by pouring the broth over 2 ice cubes.
