- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- flour, salt and pepper
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 can consomme (11 oz.)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Bleu cheese
Directions

1Melt butter; blend in paprika.

2Dredge chicken breasts in flour, salt and pepper.

3Brown in paprika butter, turning until brown on all sides.

4Add onions and consomme.

5Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

6Add sour cream and Bleu cheese.

7Continue cooking over low heat 10 to 15 minutes longer.

8Serves 4.
