Ingredients
- 3/4 c. canola or peanut oil
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. Flora Danica Bleu cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- salt and white pepper to taste
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except cheese, into mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until emulsified.

2Cut or break cheese into small chunks of varying size.

3Add to emulsion and combine thoroughly. Store, refrigerated, in glass or plastic container. Yields about 1 3/4 to 2 cups.
