Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. canola or peanut oil
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • 4 oz. Flora Danica Bleu cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except cheese, into mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until emulsified.

    Cut or break cheese into small chunks of varying size.

    Add to emulsion and combine thoroughly. Store, refrigerated, in glass or plastic container. Yields about 1 3/4 to 2 cups.
