- 3/4 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Milk
- 1- 3/4 cup Flour
- 13 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Butter, Or More As Needed

2Whisk together the eggs, buttermilk and milk for 3-4 minutes.

3Whisk in flour and salt.

5Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

6Coat the bottom of the skillet with the butter.

8Using 1 tablespoon of batter per blini, drop as many as can fit in your skillet without them touching.

9Cook each blini for about 2 minutes on one side, then 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side.

10You do not need to butter the skillet again for each new batch.

11If you see the last batch is a bit too browned, add a bit of butter to the skillet.

12Serve warm or reheat in a preheated oven for 5 minutes before serving.
