- 16 frozen cheese blintzes
- 1/4 pound margarine, melted
- custard mixture:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 TBs orange juice
Directions

1Spray pan with non-stick spray. Then line pan with frozen blintzes. You may use up to 16. Pour melted butter over blintzes. Then mix up ingredients for custard and pour over blintzes and bake 350 for 45 minutes.

2serve with sides of sour cream, cherry (or other fruit) pie filling, or jam.
