- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, zest of

1In a saute pan heat olive oil over medium heat.

2Add olives and chili pepper; saute just until olives begin to nicely brown. Add garlic and saute 1 more minute.

3Remove from heat to a small bowl and toss with the lemon zest.
