  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces blue cheese (Maytag preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream, more if necessary
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, more if necessary
  • 13 cup pecans, chopped very fine

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together.

    Add some sour cream or mayonnaise to make it smoother and easier to spread.

    Chill, divide into 2 small balls, and roll each ball in pecans.
