Blue Cheese Balls

  • 8 ounces blue cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 14 cup chopped parsley
  • 48 thin pretzel sticks

Directions

    In a medium bowl combine blue cheese, cream cheese, brandy and cayenne.

    Use 2 teaspoons of mixture to form small balls.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Just before serving, roll balls in parsley and spear with a pretzel stick.
