- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Butter 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.

3In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese.

4In small bowl, combine egg, milk and butter until blended.

5Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.

6Spoon into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.

7Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; serve warm.
