- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. fresh or frozen chopped chives
- 1/2 c. finely chopped olives
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.

2Add Blue cheese and beat well.

3Stir in chives and chopped olives.

4Mixture will be soft.

5Shape mixture into a ball and roll in pecans.

6Refrigerate overnight. (This allows the flavor to ripen.) Serve with crackers.
