- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Mix the first 2 ingredients in frying pan and cook over low heat until eggs are cooked.

2Add dates.

3Cook until soft.

4Remove from heat and add vanilla and Rice Krispies.

5Grease hands well and form into balls.

6Roll in coconut.
