- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 ounces blue cheese, finely crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (12 ounce) round steaks, trimmed of all fat,thinly sliced
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Meanwhile,combine yogurt,mayonnaise,blue cheese,salt and pepper in large bowl.

3Heat large non-stick skillet,Swirl in oil,then add garlic.

4Saute 30 seconds.

5Add beef in two batches,cook til just browned,about 2 minutes.

6Drain pasta,add to bowl with yogurt dressing.

7Add steak and tomatoes,toss to coat.

8Serve immediately.
