- 1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and blue cheese in a food processor; process 20 seconds or until blended.

2Line a 1-cup bowl with plastic wrap; press cheese mixture into bowl. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.

3Unmold cheese, and remove plastic wrap. Roll outside edge of cheese in chopped pecans. Serve cheese spread with celery sticks and apple slices (celery and apple not included in analysis).
