  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2/3 cream of coconut
  • few drops blue food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp. orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle 7-Up
  • ice cubes
  • orange slices

Directions

    Combine food coloring, cream of coconut, lemonade and extracts.
  2. 2
    While mixture is blending, drop a couple of ice cubes at a time into swirling mixture until it becomes icy and frothy. Pour into glasses and put an orange slice on the side of each glass.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
