- 1 cup pecans (divided use)
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flake coconut
- 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Combine flour and brown sugar.

2Cut in margarine until fine crumbs form.

3Add 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts and coconut.

4Remove 1/2 cup and set aside.

5Press remaining crumbs in bottom of greased 13x9 pan.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

7Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in small bowl until smooth. Spread over hot baked crust.

8Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.

9Mix sugar, cornstarch and add water gradually.

10Stir in blueberries and mix until thickened.

11Spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.

12Bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
