- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 3 c. unsifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Lorraine cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and eggs.

3Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

4On a piece of waxed paper, sift together 2 3/4 cups flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

5In a small bowl, blend milk, sour cream, cheese and vanilla.

6Alternately add flour and milk mixtures to butter mixture.

7Blend thoroughly.

8Rinse and drain berries and combine with remaining 1/4 cup flour; toss gently.

9Carefully fold berries into batter.

10Mix cinnamon and sugar together.

11Line muffin tins and spoon into cups 3/4 full.

12Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

13Bake 20 minutes.
