- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 lb. julienned zucchini
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 lb. cooked fettucine
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick butter.

2Add zucchini, cream and 1 stick butter.

3Bring to boil.

4Simmer 3 minutes.

5Add cooked fettucine, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

6(Recipe makes a lot of sauce; you can double the amount of pasta and still have plenty of the vegetables to toss with it.)
