- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 2 packets splenda sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch or low fat granola cereal
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- Optional--Healthy Choice Vanilla Ice Cream or Nonfat Vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions

1Wash blueberries in a colander. Put in a bowl and toss with 2 packets splenda sweetener and vanilla extract. Evenly divide blueberries into 4 ramekins. Toss cereal with melted butter. Top blueberries with cereal mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. If desired top with 2 tablespoons nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt.
