- 1 c. buttermilk
- 6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 2/3 c. blueberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Sift cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.

3Make a well in the center and pour buttermilk, egg and butter into the well.
